The Global Armed Man

Now Open! Register or Get Singing Now!

Introduction

With more than 5000 people now signed up - we’re delighted to welcome you to the largest performance of the Armed Man ever. This project is five movements from Sir Karl Jenkins' iconic work: Hymn Before Action, Sanctus, Benedictus, Agnus Dei, Final Chorale (God Shall Wipe Away All Tears).

What Are We Working Towards?

The culmination of this project will be a show-stopping final performance at the end of August.

Details of this are still tightly under wraps, but we can’t wait to reveal the format of this final event, which will involve a mixture of virtual and live elements alongside exclusive performances and appearances from some very special guests...

This project consists of three recordings, (two video recordings, and one where only the audio will be used) and two Live Sings. The format for the Sanctus and Agnus Dei will be slightly different, and more information will be shared in the coming weeks. Submitting recordings for each movement is optional - there are many other ways to get involved in our global community of singers through our live events over the coming weeks. If recording and submitting videos is not for you, then stay tuned for more details about the Sanctus and Agnus Dei in coming weeks.

What Do I Get?

In addition to the full set of learning resources, getting involved with this project gives you access to our rehearsals, tutorials, and Q&A sessions with Karl Jenkins himself. Registration is still open, though please do check the schedule to make sure you know which events are past, and which are still upcoming. We look forward to seeing you soon for this once in a lifetime opportunity to work with Sir. Karl Jenkins.
